Bilingual HRIS Technical Analyst
Loomis, CA Temporary $24.00 - $29.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

The HRIS Specialist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's and oversee the HRIS system and some IT support.

Work Location: In person - Loomis CA

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation on HRIS platform
  • Provide training and updates on the HRIS platform to managers and employees
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR management.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HRIS files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides regular HRIS reports to the executive team
  • Regularly review timecards for any wage an hour violations and timecard approvals
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation training
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events and employee gatherings
  • May require some travel to remote offices for training/setup of HRIS platform/devices
  • May assist with new hire safety training platform and mobile app setup
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Able to keep up with changing technology and make recommendations

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in business, IT, HR or related field ore equivalaent experience
  • Prior related HRIS or technical experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • For limited travel a current drivers license is required
